The role requires a master's/PhD in education and 8+ years in educational leadership, including online programs. Fluency in Spanish with strong English preferred. Remote leadership offers growth and impact across a global audience.

Qualifications

• Master's or Ph.D. in Education, Early Childhood Education, Educational Technology, or related field.
• 8+ years of leadership in education, with 4+ years in online/virtual programs.
• Proven curriculum development and pedagogical innovation for early childhood.
• Expertise in child development theories and digital learning strategies.
• Experience leading remote teams and managing program budgets.
• Fluency in Spanish; strong English proficiency desirable.
• Experience with LMS and educational technology tools.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the strategic vision for all virtual early childhood education programs.
• Oversee the design, development, and continuous improvement of online curriculum and learning experiences.
• Lead and mentor a remote team of educators, curriculum developers, and support staff.
• Manage program budgets, resources, and operational efficiency for virtual programs.
• Ensure quality and effectiveness of virtual learning through data analysis and oversight.
• Foster innovation in digital pedagogy and educational technology adoption.
• Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including parents and regulatory bodies.
• Ensure compliance with educational standards for online learning.
• Drive growth and expansion of virtual program offerings.
