Placements24 is seeking a highly organized Coordinator of Executive Education Programs to manage remote delivery of training for business leaders. You will coordinate logistics, instructors, participants, and budgets to ensure a high-quality learning experience.

The role requires strong communication, planning, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently in a fully remote setup from Mexico. Fluency in Spanish is required, English is a strong asset.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Education, Communications required.
• Proven experience coordinating programs or events in educational or corporate settings.
• Strong logistics, scheduling, and multitasking abilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee planning, scheduling, and execution of executive training programs.
• Coordinate all logistics including virtual platforms, materials, and communications.
• Serve as primary contact for participants and external facilitators.
