This fully remote role requires collaboration with educators and technologists to create engaging online modules aligned with developmental best practices.

You will oversee content creation, tool integration, and educator training, while monitoring outcomes and staying current with digital education trends.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Educational Technology, Early Childhood Education or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in developing digital educational content for early childhood.
• Strong understanding of child development principles in digital learning environments.
• Experience with LMS and digital content creation tools.
• Excellent project management and organizational skills.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, adept at remote collaboration.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
• Experience in online training or workshops.

Responsibilities

• Develop and curate digital educational content and interactive activities for ages 3-6.
• Oversee integration of educational technology tools within early learning programs.
• Collaborate with instructional designers to create engaging online modules.
• Provide training and ongoing support to educators on digital tools and resources.
• Monitor and evaluate effectiveness of digital learning initiatives with data-driven recommendations.
