Arrow Electronics is seeking a strategic Warehouse Manager to lead operations at the MX-JAL-Zapopan distribution center. This role requires oversight of order fulfillment, staffing, and efficiency improvements while balancing cost control and service quality.

• Identify ways to reduce costs while improving efficiencies and quality, which may involve utilization of CPI processes.
• Develop, manage staff, including resource allocation.
• Analyzes and implements process improvements.
• Review financials for areas of improvement.
• Customer problem resolution and request
• Other duties as assigned.

What You’ll Be Doing
