Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a dynamic Gestor de Voluntariado y Participación Comunitaria to build and manage volunteer programs remotely. You will recruit, train, and support volunteers while developing strategies to boost community involvement from anywhere.

This remote-first role offers flexibility and the chance to drive social impact across locations. Ideal candidates have a Bachelor's degree and at least 3 years in volunteer management or related fields, with strong online communication,

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in volunteer management or community engagement.
Experience recruiting, training, and supporting volunteers, preferably remotely.
Excellent online communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement volunteer recruitment, engagement, and retention strategies.
Design and deliver online training programs for volunteers.
Manage volunteer databases and ensure accurate record-keeping.
Coordinate virtual volunteer activities and projects.
Develop online campaigns to promote opportunities and involvement.
Build relationships with community organizations and partners.
Create content for social media and the organization's website to showcase impact.
Organize virtual events and webinars to foster community connection.
Track hours and impact metrics and report findings.
