Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, International Development, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in project coordination or management, preferably in sustainability or development projects.
• Strong understanding of sustainability concepts, environmental regulations, and social responsibility principles.
• Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking skills.
• Proficiency in project management tools and software (MS Project, Trello, Asana).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the planning, execution, and monitoring of various sustainable development projects.
• Assist in defining project scopes, objectives, deliverables, and timelines.
• Track project progress, manage documentation, and ensure timely reporting on project status and outcomes.
• Liaise with internal departments, external partners, and community stakeholders to facilitate project activities.
• Support the development and implementation of sustainability strategies and initiatives.
• Identify potential risks and challenges in project execution and propose mitigation strategies.
• Conduct research on best practices in sustainable development and relevant industry trends.
• Organize and facilitate project meetings, workshops, and stakeholder consultations.
• Manage project budgets and ensure efficient use of resources.
• Contribute to the preparation of grant proposals and funding applications.
