Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business, education, psychology, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years delivering training or facilitation in a professional context.
• Proven virtual facilitation experience using Zoom, Teams or Webex.
• Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and training methods.
• Excellent public speaking and interpersonal communication in Spanish.
• Ability to engage diverse online audiences and manage time remotely.
• Experience in curriculum or content development is a plus.
• Self-starter capable of independent work and handling multiple sessions.
• Adaptability to different learning styles and needs.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high quality online training sessions on professional development topics.
• Prepare and present training materials including presentations and activities.
• Facilitate group discussions, breakout sessions, and Q&A periods.
• Provide constructive feedback and coaching to participants.
• Assess learning with interactive exercises and post-training evaluations.
• Collaborate with content teams to refine materials and delivery.
