Job summary

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's in Electrical/Mechatronics and 3+ years in industrial automation, with hands-on PLC programming, familiar with Profinet/Ethernet/IP, and experience with HMI/SCADA and Shopfloor systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Automation Engineering, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in industrial automation, controls engineering, or manufacturing environments.
• Hands-on experience with PLC programming and troubleshooting.
• Experience with industrial communication protocols such as Profinet, Ethernet/IP, Profibus, Modbus TCP, or similar.
• Experience with HMI, SCADA, MES, and Shopfloor systems.
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes, automated assembly systems, and production equipment.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional and international environment.
• Intermediate to advanced English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement PLC-based automation solutions.
• Program, configure, and optimize control systems, hardware, and software.
