Community Sports Partners is seeking a detail-oriented Controller to lead our day-to-day accounting operations and protect the financial health of the organization as we grow. You will own the end-to-end close process and manage AR/AP, payroll, tax filings, internal controls, and timely financial reporting to support strategic decisions.

Formación

• Experience with full-cycle bookkeeping and month-end close.
• Knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting standards.
• Proficiency with QuickBooks Online and Excel; ERP familiarity a plus.
• Ability to communicate financial data clearly to non-finance stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Perform full-cycle bookkeeping including A/P, A/R, payroll and reconciliations.
• Match bank feeds and reconcile accounts; inter-company bookkeeping.
• Manage AR/AP, payroll processing, and tax filings; coordinate audits.
• Oversee month/quarter/annual close and produce P&L, balance sheet, cash flow.
• Develop internal controls and support budgeting and forecasting.
