British American Tobacco Mexico is seeking a Control Engineer in Monterrey to join our automated manufacturing teams. You will contribute to project management, installation and maintenance of control equipment, and integration of vision systems.

The role requires an engineering degree, PLC/HMI programming, experience with SCADA and CAD software, and leadership skills. We offer a market-competitive bonus and a range of benefits with growth opportunities in a global company.

Competenze

• Degree in engineering, electronics, or mechatronics.
• Knowledge of PLC equipment programming and diagnostics (Siemens, Beckhoff, Allen Bradley).
• Knowledge of HMI programming and diagnostics (Siemens, TwinCAT, RSView).
• Familiarity with software such as TIA Portal, Simatic Manager, TwinCAT, SoftLogix
• Knowledge of SCADA software (WinCC, FactoryTalk)
• Experience with SQL databases.
• Leadership, teamwork, and personnel management
• Workload management and good organization

Mansioni

• Experience in Project management.
• Experience in installation and maintenance of electronic and control equipment.
• Experience in vision systems (Cognex, Omron, etc.).
• Experience with speed control equipment (drives, servo motors, etc.).
• Experience with sensors and actuators (Sick, Keyence, Festo, Banner, etc.).
