Trane Technologies seeks a Supervisora General de Ingeniería de Control to lead automation and control initiatives across five Monterrey plants. You will program PLCs and HMIs, integrate systems, manage suppliers, and mentor junior staff.

Ideal candidates will have an engineering degree, advanced English, and proven leadership of mid-sized teams. Expect hands-on project work, 3D printing, and collaboration with global teams to optimize manufacturing and safety.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electromechanical, Electronics, Mechatronics, Control, or Instrumentation.
• Advanced English skills are required.
• Experience leading mid-sized teams.
• PLC programming with AB/Siemens.
• LabVIEW development and 3D printing experience.

Responsabilidades

• Lead automation and control improvement projects across the Monterrey plants.
• Program PLCs and HMIs and integrate mechanical, electrical, robotic, and electronic systems.
• Manage industrial networks and supplier relationships.
• Repair electronic boards and drives; support maintenance and processes.
• Drive continuous improvement and report project status to stakeholders.
