Responsibilities

• Coordinate contractual negotiations with clients and consultants.
• Review and redline professional services agreements, achieving a 48-hour turnaround.
• Work with outside legal counsel to review client-form agreements.
• Identify contractual issues and propose remediation to ensure satisfactory resolution.
• Participate on the negotiating team to establish terms and propose clauses.
• Oversee renewal and filing of active Certificates of Insurance and ensure contract compliance.
