Job summary

WebBeds is seeking a Contracts Manager based in Puerto Vallarta to lead contracting for key destinations along the Mexico Pacific Coast. You will source suppliers, manage contracts and relationships, and collaborate with the Regional Director, Contracting to set territory strategy.

The role drives revenue, expands production and builds lasting partnerships with hoteliers. Travel across the territory is expected, with frequent visits to hotels and suppliers, and you will work with internal teams

Qualifications

• Contracting experience in the tourism industry with established relationships in the Mexico Pacific Coast market.
• Solid experience negotiating agreements and closing terms and conditions with suppliers.
• Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
• CRM tools experience is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Source suppliers and manage accounts, set up supplier contracts.
• Meet contracting targets and generate business from direct contracts.
• Explore new business opportunities in the assigned territory.
• Collaborate with the Regional Director to align contracting strategy.
• Close new hotel contracts and grow production in the territory.
• Travel across the territory to visit hotels and resolve contracting issues.
• Analyze market trends to identify revenue sources.
• Represent the territory at meetings and trade shows.
