IQVIA LLC in Mexico City is seeking a Contracts Analyst 1 to support the global sales team by developing and preparing contracts and budgets for assigned customers, ensuring accurate scope and timely execution. The role involves negotiating contracts, budgets, and scope of work, and coordinating with project teams on various projects.

The candidate will act as the primary customer interface for small to mid-size projects, with opportunities to support senior team members on larger engagements,

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Life Science, Business Management or related field and a minimum of 1 year direct experience.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and Powerpoint.
• English fluency (this role is part of a global team).
• Possess strong analytical skills and excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Working closely with project teams to determine appropriate terms and conditions of contracts.
• Negotiating, developing and revising contracts, related budgets and scope of work.
• Ensuring the scope of work is defined correctly, budgets reflect the scope, and any changes are integrated into the main study contract efficiently and accurately.
• Acting as primary customer interface on small to mid-size projects and supporting senior team members on medium to large projects.
• Project managing the contracting process, ensuring timely execution of contracts.
