The role also includes coaching junior team members, strengthening delivery capabilities, reducing execution risk, and supporting the growth and scalability of the consulting business in a hybrid work

Formación

• Bachelor's degree; Master's preferred.
• 6+ years of experience in consulting, healthcare, pharmaceutical, or life sciences.
• Fluent English.
• Project management and client-facing experience.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and lead cross-functional teams.
