Control Risks in Mexico City is offering an internship with the Project & Client Operations team to gain hands-on exposure to consultancy operations, project data management and client billing support.

Under guidance of the Team Lead, you will perform repeatable administration tasks, help maintain project records in D365 F&O and assist with invoice-related processes to improve efficiency.

Formación

• Pursuing a degree in business/finance/operations or related field.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Comfortable handling numbers, structured data and repeatable processes.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office; Excel, Outlook and Teams; SharePoint/Power BI helpful.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
• Ability to manage tasks, follow instructions, meet deadlines and ask questions when needed.
• Interest in project administration, financial operations, billing or consultancy operations.
• Experience with D365 F&O or other financial systems is helpful but not required.

Responsabilidades

• Support processing of project setup requests in the contract-to-cash tool and D365 F&O.
• Assist with checking and updating project setup information: structure, dimensions, rates, budgets, currency, payment terms, billing requirements.
• Identify missing or inconsistent information and follow up with internal stakeholders with guidance.
• Maintain accurate project records and documentation in D365 F&O.
• Assist with reviewing project exception reports and correcting data or configuration issues.
• Support intercompany connection requests by gathering required information.
