Johnson Controls in Monterrey seeks a CCB Leader to oversee a contract engineering team, guiding both technical and commercial aspects from design to completion.

You will be the primary customer contact after order receipt, ensuring seamless project execution, building strong client relationships, and mentoring engineers across multiple projects to maintain profitability and on-time delivery. This role offers professional growth and a collaborative environment.

Formación

• Leadership experience coaching and mentoring teams.
• Strong ability to manage project profitability and budgets.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for manuals, test schedules, and quality procedures.
• Proven project management experience in contract engineering.
• Degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering; HNC in Electronics Engineering.

Responsabilidades

• Review job specifications and design tailored solutions.
• Oversee project build and testing phases.
• Lead the team to meet departmental and project objectives.
• Support the Contracts Manager with planning, resource allocation and resolving commercial issues.
• Coach and mentor team members to foster skill development.
