Johnson Controls in Monterrey seeks a CCB Leader to oversee the contract engineering team, acting as the primary customer contact from order to completion. You will drive technical and commercial aspects, ensure milestones, and coordinate across design, production, and commissioning teams.

The role emphasizes cost-effective solutions, on-time delivery, and developing team capability through coaching and continuous improvement initiatives.

Formación

• Ability to plan and balance workloads to meet client and production needs.
• Proficiency in maintaining project profitability.
• Strong written communication for manuals, test schedules, and quality procedures.
• Proven leadership abilities in coaching and mentoring teams.
• Hands-on experience in electronics design and testing.
• Familiarity with audio electronics equipment.
