Job summary

Dutch Clean Tech is seeking a highly experienced Senior EPC Project Manager to lead major water infrastructure projects in Mexico. You will direct engineering, procurement, construction and commissioning activities, coordinating teams across the Netherlands and Mexico to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.

Ideal candidates bring extensive international EPC experience, a strong engineering background, and proven leadership of multidisciplinary teams.

Qualifications

• Extensive international EPC experience essential.
• Proven track record delivering international EPC infrastructure projects valued at USD 50 million or more.
• Strong engineering background with leadership of multidisciplinary teams.
• Experience managing engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning and project execution.
• Knowledge of Mexican engineering, construction and regulatory requirements is a strong advantage.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate complex international EPC projects with a minimum value of USD 50 million.
• Direct multidisciplinary engineering teams responsible for complete design of wastewater treatment and drinking water facilities.
• Manage procurement teams for major equipment and materials (pumps, piping, valves, electrical systems, instrumentation).
• Oversee civil, structural, mechanical, electrical and automation engineering activities.
• Ensure compliance with Mexican regulations, local standards and seismic design requirements.
• Coordinate and manage local contractors and subcontractors during construction and installation.
• Direct project quality management including QMS, ITPs, QA/QC processes.
• Supervise document control and maintain technical documentation and project records.
• Manage schedules, budgets, contractual obligations, risks and deliverables.
• Coordinate transition from engineering and procurement through construction and commissioning.
