Tenneco is seeking a seasoned Industrial Engineering professional to drive continuous improvement and lean manufacturing initiatives at our Reynosa plant. The role requires supervising multiple tasks and managing personnel, with a focus on deploying Toyota Production System-inspired methods and IATF16949 quality standards.

Ideal candidates will have a Master’s in Industrial/Mechanical Engineering and at least five years in a similar role, demonstrating leadership and a strong track record in

• Bachelor-level degrees in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
• Master's degree preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Plan, execute, measure, and improve Continuous Improvement Process initiatives to achieve operational excellence.
• Lead Kaizen / Workshops strategy across the plant.
• Manage WAVE (Tenneco CI tracking system) keeping it updated.
• Develop and monitor the Lean Manufacturing methodology.
• Coordinate and lead key projects to improve all levels of the organization.
• Monitor the established procedures related to your area in accordance with the IATF16949 Quality System.
• Comply with EHS regulations and ISO 14001.

Lean Manufacturing tools such. Manufacturing Operational systems (such as: Toyota Production System).
