Job summary

Eaton Corporation's IS VEH EMB division is seeking a CI Manager to lead the ECIS deployment and coaching across the plant. You will drive Lean and Six Sigma initiatives to improve margins, on-time delivery, safety and process stability, while coordinating cross-functional activities and mentoring teams.

The role focuses on deploying robust manufacturing processes, problem-solving capabilities, and continuous improvement strategies, reporting to the plant leadership team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years in manufacturing with Lean and Six Sigma.
• Experience with PROLaunch or other phase gate project management tools.
• Proficiency in MS Office, Minitab, and SharePoint.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Eaton Continuous Improvement System (ECIS) deployment, training and mentoring at the plant level.
• Develop and implement Lean tool and Six Sigma strategies to improve margins, delivery, safety and quality.
• Drive waste elimination and cost reduction to improve working capital.
• Coordinate cross-functional activities and drive best practices across Eaton Corp.
