Amazon seeks a Continuous Improvement Process Leader to bridge station management with the ACES team in Mexico City. You will drive improvements in delivery station operations and provide knowledge and tools to enhance performance, tracking metrics and communicating plans across affected teams.

Role focuses on executing improvement projects, simplifying processes, and aligning activities to achieve targets with a strong emphasis on visibility and measurable results.

Formación

• 1+ years of driving process improvements experience.
• High school or equivalent diploma.
• Flexible schedule including weekends, nights, and/or holidays.

Responsabilidades

• Support OTR technology launches for Delivery Stations, Service Partners and Delivery partners.
• Maintain SOP, START and standard process materials updated to current standards.
• Analyze main metrics weekly to develop improvement projects and achieve goals.
• Lead weekly audits to verify process accuracy by Ops Team.
• Support weekly analyses to detect deviations from standard processes.
• Offer ACES perspective to optimize packages flow and reduce waste.
