Modine Manufacturing Company in Chihuahua, Mexico seeks a Lead for continuous improvement to apply Lean tools, drive process optimization and waste reduction.

You will train, coach and develop competencies across operations, technical and administrative staff, fostering a sustainable CI culture. The role requires a engineering degree and 2–5 years in manufacturing, plus training delivery, Power BI and leadership skills.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in engineering fields such as industrial, manufacturing, process or mechanical.
• 2–5 years in manufacturing, continuous improvement, or Lean manufacturing.
• Experience leading process improvement projects.
• Experience delivering training and facilitating teams.
• Knowledge of training plans and competency development programs.
• Strong Lean Manufacturing knowledge and CI tools.
• Intermediate MS Office skills (Excel/PowerPoint/Word).
• Power BI knowledge preferred.
• Intermediate to advanced English proficiency.
• Strong leadership, communication, and teamwork.
• Ability to develop and deliver training across organizational levels.

Lead and implement continuous improvement initiatives through the application of Lean Manufacturing tools, driving process optimization, waste reduction, and the development of a continuous improvement culture. This role supports organizational growth by providing training, coaching, and competency development for operational, technical, and administrative personnel.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Process Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• 2 to 5 years of experience in manufacturing, continuous improvement, or Lean Manufacturing.
• Experience implementing process improvement projects.
• Experience delivering training and facilitating work teams and group activities.
• Knowledge of training plans and competency development programs.
• Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles and continuous improvement tools.
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word).
• Power BI knowledge is preferred.
• Intermediate to advanced English proficiency.
• Strong leadership, effective communication, and teamwork skills.
• Ability to develop and facilitate training programs for employees at different organizational levels.
