Schneider Electric seeks a Continuous Engineer to safeguard the Dry Low Voltage Transformer portfolio, guiding design decisions and supporting plants across Mexico and the U.S. You will evaluate changes, maintain BOMs, and ensure compliance while collaborating with global teams.
The role demands 7+ years of relevant experience, a technical degree, and advanced English to coordinate with North American stakeholders. Join a team focused on quality, reliability, and continuous improvement.
We are looking for a Continuous Engineer who will act as the guardian of our Dry Low Voltage Transformer product portfolio. This person will evaluate and make engineering decisions that protect product design integrity, quality, reliability, and performance while supporting manufacturing plants and cross-functional teams across Mexico and the United States.
The ideal candidate combines strong engineering fundamentals with sound judgment, understanding not only how a product is designed, but also how it behaves in real-world applications and manufacturing environments. They are comfortable assessing change requests, balancing risks and trade-offs, and acting as a trusted technical authority for engineering decisions.
