Job summary

The Digital Sales Analyst at Scotiabank Mexico leads data-driven insights across digital channels to optimize conversion, acquisition, and engagement. You will develop dashboards, monitor KPIs, and deliver strategic reporting to cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in digital analytics, sales performance, or business intelligence.
• Proficiency in Excel, SQL, Power BI, Tableau, Google Analytics.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.

Responsibilities

• Track and analyze KPIs across digital channels (CTR, conversions, engagement).
• Monitor sales performance by product and channel; identify trends and root causes.
• Design and maintain dashboards and management tools to measure digital sales levels.

The Digital Sales Analyst supports the digital sales organization by providing actionable insights through data analysis, performance tracking, and strategic reporting. This role is responsible for monitoring digital sales initiatives, identifying performance gaps, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize conversion, client acquisition and engagement, and budget alignment across digital channels.

This role is key to deliver actionable insights through data analysis and performance monitoring that support the execution and continuous improvement of digital sales strategies, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs.

Data Analysis & Reporting

• Track and analyze KPIs across digital channels (e.g., CTR, conversion rate, engagement, win rates).
• Monitor sales performance by product and channel, identifying trends and root causes of deviations.
• Design and maintain dashboards and management tools to measure digital sales levels.
• Generate and distribute performance reports to stakeholders and support participation in business reviews.

Performance Optimization

• Coordinate with product, design, marketing and tech teams to ensure availability and functionality of products
• Ensure product-channel fit to enhance digital distribution.

Governance & Collaboration

• Ensure data integrity and compliance with internal governance and audit standards.
• Stay up to date with industry trends and propose innovative ways to measure and enhance digital user interactions.
• Lead or support the implementation of new tracking methodologies and performance frameworks.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in digital analytics, sales performance, or business intelligence, preferably in financial services.
• Proficiency in tools such as Excel, SQL, Power BI, Tableau, Google Analytics, or similar platforms.
• Familiarity with digital marketing metrics, attribution models, and funnel analysis
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Ability to communicate insights clear to technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience in a financial institution, commercial sales is highly valued
• Must be fluent in Spanish and and able to use English for data tools, dashboards, and technical reporting.
