ManpowerGroup is seeking a Tech Consultant Specialist with deep SAP SuccessFactors and automated testing expertise to support HR technology initiatives. You will drive end‑to‑end QA in an Agile setting, focusing on Learning and Succession modules and Tosca automation.

Tech Consultant Specialist – Sap Success Factors and Test Automation • Ciudad de México DF, Azcapotzalco, MX

Job Description

We are looking for a Tech Consultant Specialist with strong experience in SAP SuccessFactors and automated testing to support HR technology solutions, enhance system quality, and deliver end-to-end improvements in an Agile environment. The ideal candidate combines technical expertise in SuccessFactors Learning and Succession & Development with extensive experience in Tricentis Tosca test automation.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with HR Product Owners, Agile Leads, and Scrum Masters to deliver HR technology solutions and manage the product backlog.
• Develop and execute automated test suites using Tricentis Tosca.
• Create test strategies, test plans, test cases, automation scripts, and functional and technical documentation.
• Perform functional, API, UI, mobile, performance, accessibility, and platform upgrade testing.
• Configure and support SAP SuccessFactors, Talent Marketplace, and Degreed solutions.
• Develop custom reports and notifications in SuccessFactors Learning.
• Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and distributed teams to deliver end-to-end changes.
• Follow Agile, DevOps, release management, quality assurance, and governance standards.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Hands‑on experience implementing or supporting SAP SuccessFactors Learning and Succession & Development modules.
• Strong knowledge of SuccessFactors functionality, configuration, reporting, support resources, and product roadmaps.
• Extensive experience with Tricentis Tosca for automated test suite development and execution.
• Experience with mobile testing tools and software quality assurance.
• Background working in Agile and DevOps environments.
• Experience in software development and/or application configuration.
• Knowledge of SQL and HTML for SuccessFactors reporting and notifications.
• Experience with SaaS solutions, software vendors, and release management.
• Understanding of IT service management processes, including incident, problem, and release management.
• Ability to gather business requirements and produce functional and technical specifications.
