Intangibles Talent is seeking a Project Coordinator in Mérida, Mexico to support execution of U.S.-based commercial construction projects. The role emphasizes technical project execution, subcontractor coordination, and documentation management, under senior PM guidance.

The position targets engineers with strong field understanding and offers growth into a full Project Manager role, with a 5-day work week and opportunities for training.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related construction field.
• 1-3 years of experience in construction project execution.
• Experience as Project Engineer or Assistant PM preferred.
• Strong understanding of construction processes and field operations.
• Procore and Microsoft Office proficiency preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Support estimating and pre-construction activities
• Perform quantity takeoffs and assist with cost tracking
• Coordinate subcontractors and track project schedules
• Manage RFIs, submittals, and project documentation
• Participate in constructability and coordination meetings
• Support QA/QC processes and safety initiatives
• Assist with change orders and progress reporting
• Help prepare close-out documentation and final records
