Novartis AG, a remote-first client in the e-commerce space, is seeking a Recruitment Lead to establish and manage the talent acquisition function as a fully remote role. You will define processes, select tools, and lead hiring across all levels to support rapid growth.

You will build a high-performing remote team, implement recruitment metrics, partner with senior leadership, and drive a world-class candidate experience while advancing diversity and inclusion.
