Four Seasons Punta Mita busca un/a Conference Services Assistant Manager para liderar esfuerzos de ventas de grupos y coordinar con los equipos de eventos para ofrecer experiencias excepcionales.

Promoverá y venderá al mercado de grupos en la región del Pacífico, realizará llamadas de ventas directas y participará en ferias, colaborando con Ventas y Marketing para captar y confirmar negocios de grupo para ambas propiedades. Se requiere juicio, discreción y orientación al cliente.

Formación

• Experiencia en ventas de grupos y eventos.
• Capacidad de ventas por teléfono y prospección.
• Conocimiento de mercados y clientes de lujo.

Responsabilidades

• Promover y vender a mercado de grupos en región definida.
• Generar notoriedad de hoteles mediante ventas directas y ferias.
• Colaborar con equipos de ventas y marketing para captar y confirmar negocios de grupo.
• Gestión y confidencialidad de información de las dos propiedades.

Promote and sell to group market in defined geographic region . Generate hotels/resorts awareness through direct phone sales; direct sales calls, tradeshows and networking groups . Work closely with sales and marketing teams to solicit , sell and confirm group business to meet budgeted sales goals for both properties. Candidate should possess the ability to solicit group travel. This position requires a high degree of independent judgement and discretion on decision making and managing confidential information of the two properties.

Performs and follows up on all extra tasks, actions and responsibilities assigned by the Directors of Sales and Directors of Marketing. Has the ability to be a Public Ambassador for Four Seasons Hotels.
