Four Seasons Punta Mita seeks a hospitality professional with room operations experience to ensure guest satisfaction in a luxury resort setting.

You will lead scheduling and budgeting to optimize labor costs, while coordinating with decision-makers to enhance guest relations. Strong English/Spanish communication is required, along with a college degree and at least one year in a similar role.

Formación

• College degree required.
• Minimum 1 year experience in similar position.
• Computer skills required.
• Bilingual (English / Spanish).
• Control labor and operating expenses through scheduling, budgeting, purchasing decisions and inventory control.
