CHANGAN Mexico is seeking a hands-on payroll professional with deep knowledge of Mexican payroll processes and labor regulations to independently manage the complete payroll cycle with accuracy and timeliness.

You will calculate ISR, IMSS, INFONAVIT and other statutory obligations, manage employee movements via IMSS/SUA/IDSE, prepare final settlements, reconcile payrolls, and ensure compliance while collaborating with HR, Finance and external advisors.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in Payroll, Compensation & Benefits or similar.
• Strong knowledge of Mexican payroll processes and regulations.
• Experience with ISR, CFDI, IMSS, INFONAVIT, SUA, IDSE and SBC calculations.
• Knowledge of severance and termination calculations.
• Experience with compensation, benefits and bonus administration.
• Strong payroll reconciliation and compliance skills.
• Advanced English.

Responsabilidades

• Manage end-to-end payroll cycle, including calculation, validation, CFDI stamping and payment preparation.
• Calculate and validate ISR, IMSS, INFONAVIT and other statutory payroll obligations.
• Manage employee movements, affiliations and updates through IMSS, SUA and IDSE.
• Calculate severance, terminations and final settlements, ensuring accuracy and proper documentation.
• Manage payroll incidences, attendance and employee movements.
• Coordinate payroll-related requirements with IMSS, SAT, STPS and external advisors when required.
• Administer compensation structures, salary adjustments, employee benefits and bonuses.
• Perform payroll reconciliations, controls and periodic reports for HR, Finance, management and audits.
• Ensure compliance with applicable Mexican labor and payroll regulations.
• Identify payroll risks, process gaps and opportunities for continuous improvement.

What We’re Looking For
