Mind, Body, and Soul Enlightenment Entertainment is seeking a Commission Appointment Setter for a full-time hybrid role based in Playa del Carmen, ROO. You will identify prospective clients, initiate contact, and schedule consultations for our discreet home, pet, and personal environment services.

In this commission-based position, you’ll handle inbound and outbound calls, follow up on leads, maintain appointment calendars, and ensure a smooth handoff to service providers while upholding

Formación

• Strong skills in setting appointments and scheduling, ability to prioritize client meetings.
• Experience in lead generation, qualifying leads, and nurturing initial interest.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in a professional, calm tone.
• Customer service skills to build trust and maintain client relationships.
• Comfort with a commission-based structure and meeting performance goals.
• Hybrid work environment in Playa del Carmen, ROO with reliable internet.
• Organizational skills and attention to detail for accurate records.
• Prior experience in appointment setting, sales support, or client relations preferred.
• Basic proficiency with CRM tools, spreadsheets, and messaging platforms.
• Fluency in English; Spanish language skills are a plus.
