ResortCom International Mexico is seeking a bilingual Concierge Sales Agent to enhance vacation experiences for members and guests. You will engage with clients to tailor and finalize dream vacations, serving as their personal consultant before travel.

The role requires passion for sales and exceptional service, with responsibilities spanning lead management, package customization, and accurate data handling. Weekend work may be required.

Formación

• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience: At least 1 year in call center or sales.
• Skills: Proficient in MS Office, strong phone etiquette, problem solving, organization and multitasking.
• Sales focus with excellent customer service.

Responsabilidades

• Drive sales by making outbound calls to existing members to confirm travel plans and bookings.
• Act as personal concierge for assigned clients, tailoring vacation packages.
• Educate and advise on resort amenities, activities, products and services.
• Manage leads and follow up to ensure timely communication.
• Meet or exceed daily, weekly and monthly sales goals.
• Stay updated on policies and resort offerings to provide accurate assistance.
• Process payments for bookings and ensure accurate data entry.
• Be flexible with hours, including weekends, as needed.
• Perform other duties to support department goals.

Position Overview:

Are you passionate about sales and delivering exceptional service? Join our elite team as a Bilingual Concierge Sales Agent, where you’ll be at the forefront of creating unforgettable vacation experiences for our members and guests. In this role, you’ll engage with clients to customize and secure their dream vacations, acting as their personal consultant and final touchpoint before they embark on their getaway.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive Sales: Make outbound sales calls to existing members, focusing on confirming their travel plans and converting leads into bookings.
• Personal Concierge Service: Act as a personal consultant for assigned clients, tailoring vacation packages to their preferences and needs.
• Educate and Advise: Provide detailed information on resort amenities, activities, products, and services to enhance the client’s vacation experience.
• Manage Leads: Efficiently handle and follow up on leads to ensure timely and effective communication.
• Achieve Sales Targets: Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals, demonstrating your sales acumen and drive.
• Maintain Knowledge: Stay updated on company policies, procedures, and resort offerings to provide accurate and effective assistance.
• Process Transactions: Handle payments for bookings and ensure accurate data entry.
• Adaptability: Be willing to work flexible hours, including weekends, based on business needs.
• Additional Duties: Perform other responsibilities as assigned to support departmental goals and operations.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Salary: $20,000 Pesos monthly base salary + performance-based monthly bonus.
• Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours per week, including weekends and weekdays.
• Benefits: Attendance Bonus, Savings Fund, Life Insurance, Food Vouchers, and legal benefits.

Work Environment

The work for this position is conducted in an office environment. The noise level in this environment is usually high. Travel may be required to receive training, attend meetings and develop relationships with other professionals. Evenings and weekend work may be required based upon the workload.

Pay Information

• Reservation Agent (Spanish & English) – $20,000 Pesos monthly + monthly bonus
• Agents will be scheduled for 40 hours per week

QualificationsRequired Education and Experience

• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience: At least 1 year of call center or sales experience.
• Skills: Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), strong phone etiquette, problem-solving skills, excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Sales and Service: Outstanding sales skills with a strong focus on customer service.
• Attention to Detail: Ability to work under pressure and maintain high accuracy.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Language Skills: Bilingual in English and Spanish (additional languages like French, Portuguese, or Italian are a plus).
• Customer Focus: Demonstrated ability to build and maintain client relationships.
• Data Entry Experience: Experience with data entry and CRM systems.
