Job summary

Diageo Brazil Ltda is seeking a senior planning professional in Mexico City to translate category and channel plans into regional execution. You will own the commercial calendar, coordinate cross-functional planning, and ensure alignment between strategy and field execution.

The role requires 5+ years in finance or customer marketing, fluency in English and Spanish, and strong analytical/presentation skills, with proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel. This is a full-time position in Mexico City.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field.
• Fluent English and Spanish required.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in finance or customer marketing.
• Strong analytical and presentation skills.
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Translate category/channel plans into regional, customer and cycle plans.
• Own the commercial calendar and cycle planning process.
• Bridge E2E Planning and IBP by consolidating commercial building blocks and activity assumptions.
• Coordinate activity planning, pre- and post-M&E and learning loops.
• Ensure Sales, Activation and Key Accounts teams receive clear cycle briefs, execution standards, timings, toolkits and materials.
• Align trade investment, pricing, ROI and related guidelines with execution.
• Lead cross-functional planning routines to reduce fragmentation and improve readiness.
