Job summary

TBC de México seeks an HR representative to lead HR priorities for the Commercial area nationwide. The role requires strong judgment, policy enforcement and the ability to manage employee relations with authority.

You will support branches, commercial leaders and sales teams, ensuring HR processes are followed and HR KPIs are achieved while maintaining executive presence under pressure. Willingness to travel and on-site work in San Luis Potosí is expected.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in HRBP or senior HR roles across commercial operations.
• Experience supporting branch networks, sales teams or field operations.
• Fluent English desirable.
• Based in SLP or able to work on-site in SLP.
• Knowledge of Mexican labor law.

Responsibilities

• Represent HR before the Commercial area and national branch network.
• Ensure managers, leaders and employees comply with policies, procedures and corporate guidelines.
• Manage employee relations cases, investigations, complaints, discipline and performance issues.
• Follow up on labor cases, documentation, improvement plans, terminations and corrective actions.
• Support commercial leaders in performance reviews, feedback, talent decisions and action plans.
• Identify poor practices and deviations that affect culture or execution.
• Partner with Talent Acquisition to define staffing needs and hiring priorities.
• Track turnover, absenteeism, climate and HR indicators.
• Communicate and implement HR policies and processes.
• Support training, development and retention initiatives.
• Advise leaders with facts and policy knowledge.
