THE OPPORTUNITY Lead the commercial operation of MiNegocio Mexico by defining and executing the channel's commercial strategy, assortment priorities, promotional agenda and customer engagement activities to maximize growth, profitability and customer lifetime value. The role is accountable for translating business objectives, customer insights and advanced analytics into actionable commercial plans that drive measurable commercial impact. Working closely with the Commercial Analytics & Transformation team, the position ensures that segmentation outputs, customer insights and growth opportunities are effectively converted into assortment strategies, loyalty programs, promotional initiatives and commercial priorities that accelerate digital sales growth. The role serves as the primary bridge between commercial strategy and execution, ensuring all commercial activities within MiNegocio are coordinated, prioritized and optimized to deliver business case commitments and sustainable growth.
As Commercial Operations Lead Sr Manager your scope would consist of: Own the commercial performance and growth strategy of MiNegocio Mexico, ensuring achievement of Gross Sales, Net Revenue and value realization commitments established in the approved business case. Lead the development and governance of the annual and periodic commercial calendar, coordinating assortment, pricing, promotional and loyalty activities across the digital channel. Drive the execution of customer growth strategies by leveraging segmentation outputs, behavioral insights and performance analytics to maximize commercial performance across customer groups. Lead and develop the Planning & Assortment Manager and the Trade Marketing & Loyalty Manager, ensuring alignment against common channel objectives and financial targets. Oversee digital assortment, portfolio prioritization and promotional effectiveness to maximize customer lifetime value, basket size, cross-category penetration and revenue growth. Partner with Commercial Analytics & Transformation teams to evaluate performance, identify optimization opportunities and continuously refine commercial strategies based on customer behavior and business results. Coordinate with Revenue Management, Marketing, Category Management, Sales and Field organizations to ensure alignment between digital and broader commercial priorities. Establish and monitor commercial KPIs, ensuring execution effectiveness and achievement of channel performance objectives. Ensure successful commercialization and adoption of new digital capabilities by integrating them into commercial processes, customer journeys and activation plans. Drive continuous improvement of the MiNegocio commercial model by identifying opportunities to improve growth, effectiveness and customer engagement performance.
WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR? Education Bachelor's Degree required. Preferred: Business Administration, Engineering, Economics, Marketing, Commercial Experience Management related disciplines. Experience: 7+ years of progressive experience across Commercial Operations, Category Management, Trade Marketing, Revenue Management, Sales Strategy or related commercial functions. Strong understanding of B2B or digital commerce environments. Experience translating analytics into commercial actions. Experience leading multifunctional initiatives. Proven record managing commercial plans and growth programs. Experience influencing senior stakeholders across multiple functions. Experience managing commercial performance and growth KPIs.
