PepsiCo Mexico is seeking a Digital Media Coordinator Sr. to support the development and execution of Total Connections Planning strategies for the Foods portfolio.

  • 3-5 years of experience in media planning, digital marketing, campaigns activation, or media operations.
  • Experience in a media agency and/or client-side organization is desired.
  • FMCG experience is a plus; strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

The Opportunity An exciting opportunity to support the digital media planning and execution of marketing communications across a diverse portfolio of Pepsico Mexico Foods brands. The role plays an important part in helping maximize the effectiveness of advertising and marketing investments through strong coordination, campaign management, and performance tracking. We are looking for a proactive and organized individual with a foundational understanding of media and digital marketing. This role works closely with media agencies, as well as brand teams and extended areas to support the development, implementation, and optimization of media campaigns. Key responsibilities include managing day-to-day agency interactions, coordinating campaign deliverables and timelines, monitoring performance results, and supporting reporting and budget tracking activities. As part of the broader marketing organization, the role provides hands-on support to ensure the right execution of media plans and alignment across stakeholders.

Your Impact As Digital Media Coordinator Sr.

Support the development and execution of Total Connections Planning strategies for the Pepsico Foods Mexico portfolio, ensuring alignment with brand objectives, campaign priorities and business goals. Collaborate with Brand Teams, agencies and cross-functional stakeholders to support communication planning, media implementation and campaign activation across channels Coordinate the development and execution of integrated media plans for brand campaigns, ensuring deliverables, timelines and stakeholders remain aligned throughout the process. Assist in managing media investments by supporting budget tracking, campaign allocations and performance monitoring in partnership with internal teams and agency partners. Monitor consumer, cultural and media trends and share relevant insights to help inform media recommendations and campaign planning. Support the implementation of PepsiCo Total Connections Planning frameworks, tools and best practices across the portfolio. Coordinate with brand teams and agency partners to support audience planning, personalization initiatives and channel activation efforts. Work closely with local Media and regional teams to facilitate the adoption of media best practices, tools and new capabilities. Maintain strong day-to-day relationships with media agencies, publishers and platform partners to ensure timely delivery of plans, assets and campaign requirements. Consolidate campaign learnings, best practices and performance results, sharing key takeaways with stakeholders and supporting continuous improvement initiatives. Assist in evaluating media recommendations and channel plans by reviewing performance data, campaign objectives and audience insights. Support media planning and campaign management activities, including flowcharts, media plans, agency briefs and implementation tracking. Manage day-to-day agency coordination, ensuring campaign deliverables are completed on time, meet quality standards and comply with PepsiCo processes and guidelines. Track media productivity and efficiency initiatives, monitor results and support reporting against agreed targets and objectives.

Qualifications

Who Are We Looking For? Experience Fluent in English. 3-5 years of experience in media planning, digital marketing, communications, campaign activation, media operations. Experience working in a media agency and/or client-side organization. FMCG experience is a plus. Effective communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate across brand teams, agencies, and cross-functional partners. Foundational understanding of integrated communications planning, media strategy, and campaign execution across multiple channels. Knowledge of the media ecosystem, including Digital, Retail Media, Out-of-Home, and emerging media channels. Understanding of media planning and buying fundamentals, campaign delivery processes, and performance measurement principles. Familiarity with digital marketing concepts, including audience targeting, media optimization, ad serving, campaign tracking, and media technologies. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign results, identify trends, and support data-driven recommendations. Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities, timelines, and stakeholders simultaneously. Proactive and solution-oriented mindset with a willingness to learn, adapt, and continuously improve ways of working. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and matrixed environment while maintaining a collaborative and positive approach. Experience supporting media planning, campaign management, performance reporting, or agency coordination activities is preferred.
