Element Fleet Management Corp. is seeking a Commercial Associate to join our sales team in Mexico. You will support renewals of client credit lines, coordinate with risk and pricing, and help maintain client information across internal systems.

The role involves proactive outreach, prospecting, and collaboration with legal and other areas to ensure smooth deal flow. Ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree in a related field and at least two years in commercial/financial services, with strong

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Administration, Finance, Engineering, or related field.
• +2 years as a Commercial Associate at Element, or 2+ years in commercial/financial services.
• Strong oral and written communication; fluent English.
• Ability to work under pressure with high attention to detail.

Responsabilidades

• Guarantee renewals of clients' credit lines and update client information in systems.
• Support Sales Reps by analyzing potential clients and coordinating meetings with risk/pricing.
• Update AML platform and assist legal with contract reviews and preparation.
• Perform cold calling and prospecting to secure meetings and develop sales skills.
