Element Fleet Management México is seeking a Commercial Associate to join our sales team. You will support the renewal of client credit lines and coordinate with credit, legal, and pricing to keep deal flow timely and accurate.

The role emphasizes collaboration with Sales Representatives, adherence to processes, and proactive client engagement. English fluency, strong communication, and detail orientation are essential as you help grow our client base in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in business/finance/engineering or related field
• 2+ years as Commercial Associate or in commercial/financial services
• Fluent English and strong communication skills
• Detail-oriented with ability to work under pressure
• Client-focused with good interpersonal relationships
• Proactive and able to work in cross-functional teams

Responsabilidades

• Guarantee renewals of client credit lines and monitor related processes
• Coordinate with risk and pricing to review client information
• Update pricing models and capture client data in systems
• Create renewal opportunities in CRM with consistent details
• Support sales reps and analyze potential new clients
• Maintain AML data accuracy for compliance reviews
• Develop selling skills and progress toward sales roles
