GE Vernova's Software & Control Solutions (SCS) is seeking a Commercial Application Engineer to drive techno-commercial proposals for industrial control system solutions. You will coordinate sales, engineering, finance, and risk teams to craft competitive, technically sound offers that meet customer needs and align with our global business goals.

The role requires a mechanical/electrical/electronic/power engineering degree with 2+ years in application/design or field service, fluent English, and

Formación

• Bachelor degree in engineering with minimum 2 years’ experience in application/design and/or field service in industrial control systems.
• Experience in Unit Control (Gas Turbine, Steam Turbine, Aero, Hydro or Nuclear), DCS, Generator, HMI, Cyber.
• Proficient with MS Office and quoting tools such as Salesforce and CPQ.

Responsabilidades

• Review and influence customer specifications, drawings, RFPs and RFQs; develop table of compliance (TOC).
• Act as deal focal point; provide application engineering guidance to customers, channel partners and internal stakeholders.
• Lead the quoting process of standard and complex controls offerings; develop tailored control system solutions.
• Coordinate with supply chain and third-party providers to obtain quotations for extended project scope.
• Present deals for commercial review board (CRB) for approvals and ensure ITO process compliance.
• Own project handover from inquiry-to-order to order-to-remittance to execution team upon PO/contract signature.
• Participate in customer meetings, negotiations or presentations.
• Meet/exceed Commercial KPI’s such as Quality, Proposal Cycle Time, On Time Delivery.
