Versigent is seeking a Subject Matter Expert in Electrical Controls to lead the development of electrical control systems for automated wiring processes. You will manage multiple launches, ensure equipment and tooling meet Versigent and OEM requirements, and drive cost reduction and continuous improvement.

The role requires strong PLC/SCADA experience, leadership, and excellent communication. You will train production teams, oversee CAPEX budgets, and ensure documentation and handoffs are

Formación

• Bachelor degree in Engineering areas such as Mechanical, Electrical, Electronic, Mechatronics, or similar.
• Proven PLC programming experience (AB/Pro-face/Siemens).
• Mid-High level SCADA experience.
• Structured programming languages desirable.
• MS Office proficiency.
• English – spoken/written at medium-high level.
• Strong communication skills.
• Teamwork and leadership with results focus.
• Knowledge of safety standards.
• Experience following procedures and keeping budgets.
• Cost reduction and continuous improvement experience.
• Provide documentation for equipment handoffs.
• Train plant personnel on machinery and tools.

Responsabilidades

• Manage CAPEX budget for product programs.
• Develop and execute training plans for production plants.
• Ensure equipment and tools meet customer and Versigent requirements.
• Develop supplier network that meets Versigent standards.
• Lead electrical controls system development and traceability.
• Support flawless launches of new processes and technology.
