Capgemini Mexico is seeking a Process Lead to manage the Accounts Receivable portfolio and ensure high-quality, client-focused service in line with established SLAs. You will apply process improvement methods, maintain knowledge of client systems, and coordinate with stakeholders to drive efficiency and profitability.

The role requires strong process knowledge, ability to orchestrate improvements, and proficient communication across multiple levels of the client organization.

Formación

• English proficiency at CEFR level B1 (intermediate) or equivalent.
• DGEM Tech certifications in progress or completed as applicable.

Responsabilidades

• Participate in meeting service levels and key team targets; deliver high quality, cost-effective service.
• Oversee processes or parts of processes and customer service decisions per Capgemini methodologies and policies.
• Apply Lean Six Sigma and other improvement methods for continuous process improvement.
• Understand end-to-end process taxonomy and DGEM knowledge to drive value for the client.
• Stay updated on technology developments and suggest improvements within the area of expertise.
• Communicate complex concepts clearly to stakeholders at various levels and escalate out-of-scope requests when needed.
• Manage day-to-day AR portfolio activities and ensure timely cash collections and aging targets.
