Grow is seeking a Collections Specialist in Monterrey, Nuevo León, to manage delinquent accounts, ensuring payments and achieving collections goals. Responsibilities include reviewing outstanding bills, making outgoing calls, and preparing monthly reports. Candidates should have a Bachelor’s in Accounting or Finance and experience in customer service or credit collections. The role promotes strong communication, organizational skills and rewards adaptability while working in a supportive team environment.

Formación

• Experience in Customer Service or Credit and Collections areas.
• Proficiency with reporting tools for credit and collections analysis.

Responsabilidades

• Review outstanding bills and contact customers to resolve delinquent accounts.
• Make a minimum of 35 outgoing calls per day.
• Prepare monthly reports on the status of credits and collections.

Conocimientos

Effective verbal and written communication

Strong organizational and time management

Ability to work independently

Educación

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
