Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (e.g., Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics) or a related technical field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Basic understanding of quality principles is a plus.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken) is required.

Responsabilités

• Assist in the development and implementation of quality control procedures.
• Participate in the analysis of quality data and identification of trends.
• Support root cause analysis and corrective action implementation for quality issues.
• Collaborate with engineering, production, and other departments to ensure quality standards are met.
• Assist in preparing quality documentation, reports, and presentations.
• Learn and apply various quality tools and methodologies (e.g., FMEA, 8D, SPC).
• Conduct basic quality inspections and audits as required.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives within the quality department.
