Job Description
Job Summary:

The CNC Superintendent is responsible for overseeing the CNC machining operations, ensuring production efficiency, equipment reliability, and quality control. This role requires expertise in CNC programming, tooling, robotics, and process optimization to drive continuous improvement and cost‑effective manufacturing solutions. The position specializes in machining, tooling engineering, and requires strong knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, mechanics, and mechanical drawings. Experience in fixtures, shock systems, CNC machine setup, and vector force calculations is essential.

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Metal Mechanics or similar.

Requirements:
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in CNC machining operations, including leadership roles.
  • Strong background in process engineering, robotics integration, and automated manufacturing systems.
  • Experience in fixtures and shock systems, CNC machine setup, and vector force calculations.
  • English: Professional Level.
Knowledge:
  • CNC programming, tooling, and machining strategies.
  • Understanding of GD&T, metrology, and quality assurance standards.
  • Robotic systems and their integration with CNC machining.
