Formación

• Minimum 7 years of experience in CNC machining operations, including leadership roles.
• Strong background in process engineering, robotics integration, and automated manufacturing systems.
• Experience in fixtures and shock systems, CNC machine setup, and vector force calculations.
• English: Professional Level.

Responsabilidades

• Manage daily CNC machining operations, ensuring optimal performance of machines, robots, and shock systems.
• Develop and implement machining processes that maximize quality, minimize waste, and meet production schedules.
• Oversee maintenance and troubleshooting of CNC equipment.
• Provide technical leadership in CNC programming and tooling selection.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and production standards.
