ARSAN International Consulting Group seeks a Process Engineering Leader to oversee manufacturing processes in Chihuahua, Mexico. The candidate will ensure production meets safety, quality, delivery, and cost objectives while leading continuous improvement initiatives like Kaizen.

Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor's degree in Engineering and 6+ years in a manufacturing environment, with strong skills in process validation, CNC machining, and statistical analysis tools.

Formación

• Minimum of 6 years in a similar role within a manufacturing environment.
• Hands-on experience with measurement instruments and process validation.
• Experience with Core Tools (APQP, FMEA, MSA, SPC, PPAP).

Responsabilidades

• Promote compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Support the ISO 9001 Quality Management System.
• Lead and participate in Kaizen and continuous improvement initiatives.

Job Description

Job Summary:

Our client is looking for a Process Engineering Leader tooversee and support manufacturing processes in a metal-mechanics with an an excellent manufacturing client. This role is responsible for ensuring that production processes meet safety,quality, delivery, and cost objectives, while maintaining up-to-date processdocumentation such as work instructions and visual aids.

The Process Engineering Leader will play a key role in continuousimprovement initiatives, participating in Kaizen events, productivity projects,and safety enhancements. Additionally, they will apply advanced statisticaltools to solve quality issues, eliminate customer complaints, and optimizeproduction performance.

Education

• Bachelor'sdegree in Industrial, Mechanical, or Electromechanical Engineering.

Requirements

• Minimumof 6 years in a similar role within a manufacturing environment.
• Hands-onexperience with measurement instruments and process validation.
• CNC machining processes.
