SELINC is seeking a skilled CNC mentor to guide staff in setting up and operating manual CNC equipment to produce complex parts to specification. You will create documentation, DFM and procedures to engage staff on quality, and develop and implement processes to teach others.

The role requires applying SEL Values, Principles of Operations, and World Class Manufacturing Principles, plus strong math, writing, and communication skills. Mentoring and project leadership are essential.

Formación

• Trade School degree and 6 years of experience, or 8 years of shop experience.
• Highly skilled in applicable software.
• Service attitude, soliciting internal and external customers for feedback.
• Strong math skills.
• Ability to accurately measure parts.
• Strong writing, documentation, and speaking skills.
• Advanced leadership skills and ability to mentor others.
• Ability to lead and organize group projects.
• Background check results satisfactory to SEL.
• Negative drug test result(s).

Responsabilidades

• Mentor staff on setting up and operating CNC equipment to produce parts to specification.
• Create documentation, DFM (Design for Manufacturing) and procedures to engage staff on quality.
• Develop and implement processes and teach those processes to others.
