2. Basic interpretation of blueprints, requirements, and documentation to complete tasks.
3. Follow all maintenance and safety processes and practices with proper supervision.
4. Learn and apply SEL Values, Principles of Operations, and World Class Manufacturing Principles.

Required Qualifications

• High school Diploma or GEDA.
• Able to operate Windows and MS Office.
• Strong math skills.
• Ability to accurately measure parts.
• Strong writing, documentation, and speaking skills.

• Background check results satisfactory to SEL.
• Negative drug test result(s).

Preferred Qualifications
