Victor Equipment de Mexico S.A. de C.V. is seeking a Maintenance Manager to oversee the maintenance of production equipment and to ensure minimum downtime and adherence to company standards. The role involves supervising technicians, establishing preventive maintenance programs, and coordinating schedules.

The ideal candidate will manage training, inventories, and parts, and will direct manufacturing activities to meet goals within established guidelines and policies.

Responsabilidades

• Oversees the maintenance of production equipment.
• Maintains production equipment in a manner that meets company standards and ensures minimum equipment downtime.
• Oversees technicians that repair and maintain the production and test equipment.
• Establishes and maintains preventive maintenance programs and procedures.
• Manages training programs to ensure proper operation, preventive maintenance, and repair programs and procedures.
• Maintains inventory and/or spare parts.
• Schedules manufacturing activities.
• Selects, develops, and evaluates personnel to ensure the efficient operation of the function.
• Receives assignments in the form objectives with goals and the process by which to meet goals.
• Directs subordinates on predetermined work assignments which are completed using established guidelines, procedures and policies.
• Supervises Support track employees and may occasionally perform similar work as their subordinates.
